"That was an amazing experience. I believe the "communication" with the representative at State Farm, including in-person, is really nice for us to understand, compare, or make sure about policies. I do recommend this company, particularly to those who are not so familiar with insurances. In addition, insurance fee was also comparable with other major companies. No reason to rate them less than 5 stars!"

"I recently moved to Texas from another state and was informed by my previous State Farm agent that I would have to rewrite my policy with a new agent here in Texas. I haven't had the best experience with my former agent, so I started looking at different insurance companies. Before I'd made a decision, Chris called me from Natalie's office to get the ball rolling on switching me over within State Farm. I was very impressed by how courteous and professional he was and I appreciated that he took the initiative. Chris answered all of my questions clearly and was patient with me when I needed to look up certain information for him. He was also kind enough to ask me how my day was going and how I'm liking Texas. It was clear to me that if I work with them, I will have a much better experience than I had with my previous agent. "I've worked with this group since March of 2023. When I first met with them we reviewed my automobile insurance and they were able to save me substantial money from my previous insurance. I recently experienced a home disaster, with the first floor of my home being flooded. I worked with Rebecca with a couple of issues and she went out of her way to call my insurance adjuster to help speed up the temporary housing process. Everyone at the office is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. If you looking for insurance help, check them out."

"How do I start this… first I call to the office not knowing how to start, completely clueless. I quickly got transferred to Chris, who is down to earth, very informative, and detail to attention to all my needs. We called in during our lunch, and Chris made us feel like we are chatting with an old friend at the same table. He is definitely awesome and I will stay with him as long as possible knowing he will be on my side at all time."
