"Insurance is not something I think about often, so I really appreciated how easy this office made the process. Kaley helped me switch my car insurance from GEICO to State Farm, and she was professional, proactive, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. I’m currently in grad school, which made it tough to coordinate everything, but Kaley did a great job of gently keeping things moving without ever feeling pushy. I had wanted to make the switch, but finding the time to finalize the paperwork was the hard part. She went above and beyond to help me find the right coverage, and I ended up with comparable coverage for my car at a much better rate."

"In the age of automation, this office continues to ensure important insurance protections are successful while creating positive experiences for customers. This is no longer the norm unfortunately, but it's also now a competitive advantage. Tech can do great things but it can't "care" about you. I pulled my business from a high-volume, highly automated competitor because I lost important coverage when a robot misunderstood something about my case and didn't take accountability for its own success. Lesson learned: Im keeping my policies in the watchful, human-centered care of Natalie's office from now on!"
