"This office is terrible. Not professional and definitely not courteous. They were zero help when asking questions related to billing. This even goes for the agents in the office. I usually don’t write reviews but this was to hard to deal with and they were not helpful at all."

"Recently took my auto policy with them. Sarah is my account manager. She is a good person to work with, as are the others, in this office. Good team overall. I like the fact that they ask their superiors if they don't know something rather than take decisions or comitt , without confirming. Had the pleasure of meeting Natalie as well, a couple of days ago. She is also someone who understands. I like the sales drive she has. Generally this a good place to get your insurance needs taken care of, if you want to with State Farm. I'd definitely recommend to work with them, if you get a chance to."
